Last night, Dave made buffalo chicken sausage, roasted cauliflower with lemon & garlic (thanks to my friend Karen who texted me that morning and said she'd finally tried it and loved it which put me in mind of it) and rice pilaf:



For dessert, we had a mini mince pie...first time Dave ever had mince and he loved it!
